The roots of the Z4 Brothers heritage reach back to Mohammed Zuaiter, born in Haifa, Palestine, in 1939. After graduating from Cairo University in architectural engineering, he moved to Kuwait in 1961, joined the Ministry of Public Works and Labour, and began a career shaped by precision, public service, and responsibility.

The family foundation was formed in 1962, when Mohammed married Enayah Al Aghah. In 1964, Ahmed, the first of the four brothers who would later shape Z4, was born. Together with Suha, Mahmoud, Hussam, Susie and Hani, the next generation grew up with the values of education, hard work, integrity and mutual support.

The business story began in 2004, when Dr Ahmed established the accountancy and audit activity that became the first commercial division of the family enterprise. Mahmoud added asset-management capability in 2017, Hani joined in 2018 to lead technology, and following the pandemic, Hussam joined the initiative to bring the brothers’ businesses under one strategic umbrella.

In 2026, the shared enterprise was formally structured in the United Arab Emirates as Z4 Brothers Private Wealth LLC: a family office created to align governance, strategy, capital and succession for future generations.
