1939
The roots of the story
Mohammed Zuaiter is born in Haifa, Palestine. His life, values and professional discipline would later shape the family’s entrepreneurial outlook.
1961
From Cairo to Kuwait
After graduating from Cairo University in architectural engineering, Mohammed moves to Kuwait and joins the Ministry of Public Works and Labour.
1962
The family foundation
Mohammed marries Enayah Al Aghah. Their partnership establishes
the family from which the Z4 story would later emerge.
1964
The brothers’ generation begins
Ahmed, the first of the four brothers who would later shape Z4, is born.
A family grows
The next generation
Mahmoud is born in 1967, Hussam in 1970, Susie in 1973 and Hani in 1977. Together with Suha and Ahmed, the six siblings form the next generation of the family.
1977
An entrepreneurial foundation
Mohammed establishes his own construction business in Kuwait, applying the professional discipline developed through his architectural and public-works career.
1990
A chapter closes. The values endure.
The regional conflict brings the construction chapter to an end and Mohammed retires. The family’s resilience and entrepreneurial outlook pass to the next generation.
2004
The Z4 business story begins
Dr Ahmed Al Zaiter establishes the accountancy and audit business, creating the first commercial division of the enterprise that would grow into Z4 Brothers.
2016
The professional-services platform evolves
The audit and accounting business is repositioned for a broader international vision, creating the foundation for a unified Z4 Brothers professional-services identity.
2017
Asset management capability
Mahmoud joins the family enterprise and develops its asset-management activities, extending the platform from professional services into investment and capital stewardship.
2018
Technology becomes a core discipline
Hani joins the firm to lead its information-technology division, strengthening the digital infrastructure required for an increasingly integrated international group.
One vision
The family-office model takes shape
Following the pandemic, the brothers decide to bring their businesses under one strategic umbrella. Hussam joins the initiative, combining the perspectives and experience of all four brothers.

The family office is formalised
Z4 Brothers Private Wealth LLC is structured in the United Arab Emirates as the family office for Ahmed, Mahmoud, Hussam and Hani, formalising a business journey that began in 2004 and aligning governance, strategy, capital and succession around a shared long-term purpose.
